Run A Way, the worst mangment and neighbers

Cheap rent, dangerous area, bad management, bad maintenance, and very old apartment. I lived there for a about 1.5 year, and that because they were close to my job and they are CHEAP, now I moved out finally. During the 1.5 years we had too many mangers (4 or 5) and 3 maintenance managers. I did not met with most of the apartment manager as they ran a way. But the current manager is the worst I have ever met, he is really stupid, he is bringing people from everywhere, without minimum income or job security. And look what you got, parties for students till the morning, hungry dogs barking all the night, naked people walking in the street.
The stupid manager has found there are many cars were broken in the apartment complex, to solve that, he printed a paper and hanged it on the main entrance telling people this fact and ask them to cooperate with calling the police, instead of trying to manage the apartment complex and prevent all of these parties and visitors to come there.
They have the most turn over in residents I have ever seen, people discover how much they are bad and then leave a way, yes paying extra money, but you get what you pay for.

I have lived at Adams Creek for 3 years and am unaware of any vehicle break-ins. There are specific "dog" buildings. Can't hear any barkings dogs in the building I live in, which does not allow dogs. Where are the parties? Sounds like this person may be racist, with the "bringing people from everywhere" comment. Ever hear of Fair Housing?

Dangerous area? Son, if you think this is dangerous, you grew up in a farm house in the thumb. I've lived in Flint, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Saginaw, Lansing, even as far west as Seattle. This area of Auburn Hills is probably the safest place I've ever lived. I don't know what cushy lifestyle you've lead up until now, but welcome to the real world. I've seen the cops here ONCE in 4 years. ONE TIME. It's quiet, people keep to themselves, and there's absolutely no foot traffic of any kind walking by.
I LOL at your notion that this place is unsafe.
