I live here for 2 years and I live in the ground floor and it sucks but I think the life in upper floors are much better. Apartment is grate compared to all other apartments around here. Little old. But repairs are handled very fast. Ofiice staff is good enough. Over all good. not the best. Heating system is old water based and that is very good thing compared to newer air blow heaters that make you dry. The repair people are not safe enough. Be careful. There is a $ex offender living in one building. Search in oakland county web site and avoid that building.
