Office staff is friendly. Maintenance is a little bit crummy, but not the worst I've seen. The biggest problem is the noise. There are a lot of trashy people who live here who don't seem to care about disturbing others with their music. I was going to sign another year long lease, but left because of the noise. The management can't seem to get a handle on it either. It's probably just because it's so close to Pontiac. It's unfortunate, because these apartments would probably be okay if they weren't a haven for human garbage.

I HAVE TO DISAGREE , I HAVE LIVED HER FOR 3YRS AND NOT HAD ANY REAL PROBLEM WITH NEIGHBORS. GET REAL IT IS AN APARTMENTS, YOU WANT NO NOISE MOVE TO A FARM
