Auburn Hills Apartments.
Yeah they seem affordable, but it's that security deposit that they rip from your hand that does you in. My security deposit was rent and a half, and when it was time to move out, they took more than half of it for carpet replacement which did not need to be replaced, and when we responded (we supposedly had ten days to respond) they had already replaced it, destroying the evidence.
On top of that, the maintenance workers were rude and the neighbors were unpleasant. There are plenty of good places to rent in Auburn Hills, and trust me, this is not one of them. Please, don't find out the hard way like I did. The company that runs the apartments, David Leader Management, is stealing from all their residents! Do Not Live Here!
