This apartment complex was bad on all levels. The grounskeepers were gross, (I think one actually lived in his car)and he never fixed anything. The laundry facilites werer awful (two to a building and they almost never worked!)and on top of all the noise from the neighbors, and the crumbling plaster and carpeting, they are refusing to give me my deposit back! You would think I would have earned it back having to live in those horrible conditions!
