Noisy people upstairs

These aparments are good value for the money. It was a smooth ride leaving out quite a few disturbances from upstairs. It sounded like chances of getting quiet neighbours are pretty low. The management might help but at last it depends on the quality of people they are allowing in the first place.
I wouldn't recommand these aparments to anybody who has problems with loud music and screams coming from the other side of wall in the middle of the night. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
