I lived here for almost 9 months and had no problems. I lived in a studio, that though I thought was on the pricey side was a very good unit. There was always an open parking spot. The maintainence staff responded within 48 hrs of a runny toilet, but was fixed by the time I got home from work. The office staff was very friendly and helpful for a new resident of MI. All but one resident(who has later evicted) I met were friendly and well meaning. I did get my full deposit back. There was some occasional noise but nothing that was unexpected, everyone shares walls and as such, everyone is going to hear things from time to time. They paid for central heat in my building which was great in the winter. Overall I would recommend this appartment complex to anyone. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
