Its okay, not the greatest

I have lived here for about a year and its okay. They pay for the heat and hot water, but in my apartment it takes forever for the water to get warm, especially in the bathroom sinks. And the temperature in my place never goes above 75, even though I set the gauge to 80 (I like it warm). Also, they don't do a great job with snow removal on the sidewalks and parking lot. The new fitness center is very nice, although the entrance is in an awkward and dark location. The a/c is wall units (in my bedroom and living room), so my electric bill is never too high. The buildings are pretty old, so maintenance calls are a pretty regular occurrence. The lights in and outside of my bldg don't always work, but they usually get fixed after I call the office. Someone had been recently attacked outside one of the bldgs, but the police responded quickly and caught the guy. That had made me a bit nervous since there is really no security or anything around. There are a lot of college students living here, so its not exactly quiet but not overly noisy either. Overall, its not bad. Don't know if I'd chose it again, though.
