I have seen lots of apartments in Troy, Sterling Heights and Auburn Hills before I moved to Auburn Hills Apts. The first thing I like is the management, the office bearers are very polite and helpful. I didnt find this in 90% of apartments I visited. This apartment community is decently close to I-75 and M-59. The apartment and community area is very clean. Heat and water is included in the rent. No problems with heater and hot water. Overall much better place to live in.
