Living here for 4 years and going on my 5th year, I do highly recommend renting here if you don't mind Pontiac Schools. I can't say enough about management. They are tremendously helpful and nice. The apartment is perfect for my little family. The parking is far from the door entrance and I don't have my own washer and dryer are my personal drawbacks. The laundry room could be more lit and welcoming to ensure the safety or everyone. Its spooky and dimmed with dark allies lining up with the storage. The customer service and maintenance responses definitely make up for any neighbor annoyances. The work-out room is a great addition. I love the strict rules on the pool. It really shows the importance of safety and it enforces RESPECT among the residents. Lighting structures in the hall way and outside walkways aren't always working but it does get taken care of. Management does go out of their way to impress and keep their family of residences happy. I do highly recommend Auburn Hills Apartments.
