Beacon Hill has an attitude problem...

I don?t even know where to begin.
I lived at Beacon Hill for a couple of years. My biggest complaint is with the staff. On countless occasions, I walked out of the office wondering why I even talk to them. It is true, they are very rude; borderline arrogant. Often times, I felt like I was bothering them with routine questions.
Since I know the office is reading this - obvious by the overly-kind posts regarding how helpful they are, which in no uncertain terms were written by them - I would like to offer some advise....
Check your attitude at the door and remember your place on the food chain. You rent apartments for a living.
While it?s true, the grounds always looked nice, but I would expect that anyway. Security/saftey was never a concern. Come on, it?s Auburn Hills! I wasn?t expecting to get shanked in the parking lot to begin with!!!
Rent at your own risk.
