Pros:
1. Nice ambience
2. Quiet community
3. Close to Oakland University (for those for whom this matters)
4. Private entrance to all apartments
Cons:
1. Poor cable (You cannot get comcast here, this apartment complex has its own cable service which is poor)
2. Poor construction of apartments
3. Difficult to get any service requests completed quickly
4. Bad Roads inside the apartment complex
5. Too expensive for what it provides
