I would have to agree with some of the other resident's comments. The complex is nice and the apartment size decent. Our appliances are updated and in working order for the most part.
It's the service that is terrible. We once had maintenance come and "fix our dryer" (which wasn't broken)- the service report they left had someone else's name and apartment number on it, so their's apparently never got repaired. We are still waiting for our move in repairs to be tended to- the list was given to them the week after we moved in (months ago). Cable/internet service (which you have to use) is absoultely horrible. Our cable picture is consistently fuzzy and blurry (these are the basic channels) and our internet works about 30% of the time. We have addressed it several times with no response to fixing it. Although they did make a point to tell us that if we try to go another route for cable (ex: a dish), we would be charged a $500 fee.
The office staff is non responsive and sometimes borderline rude.
We will be moving when our lease is up. The nice looking apartment and great location are not worth putting up with the less than acceptable service. If they don't make some management changes, the complex will not remain "luxury apartment living" because they will not be able to get good tenents. Word of mouth is the best (or worst) advertisement. Go somewhere else!
