Great Location. I have lived at Beacon Hill for nearly a year now and have had very few problems. We have a very nice 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The layout is great and with a ceiling fan and washer and dryer in the we had all we could ask for. Parking was not an issue onmost occasions and we used the pool and exercise room a lot. The pool was nice, but at times a little crowded. I also loved the clubhouse and it's beautiful great room. With the University right across the street it was a great place for students to stay. Some of the students could get a bit rowdy, including the ones that lived downstairs from us, but I was in college once so I can understand that. The management was very upfront with us and professional in every way. Ask for Awilda Negron when you visit and she will take good care of you. Our maintenance needs were taken care of in a timely manner and the landscaping was the best I have seen. Beautiful lighted pond fountains and gorgeous flowers were a nice touch. I did not mind the front entrance gate not working since it just hindered the flow of traffic anyways. Come check it out and judge for yourself.
