I've lived all over the country. I came to Michigan for work they recommended Beacon Hill. It's the worst apartment community I've ever been in. The overall appearance is good. But the office staff could care less about you - they're extremely arrogant. They try to come off as friendly but it's all phony the only ones who had a sincere and warm greating for me were Stephanie and Donna. They have a receptionist that eats at her desk and never gets up. She just points and tells you were to go. What kind of service is that' And it seems every time I went to the office they had all new people. THE CABLE SUCKED minimum channels and no pay per view. My Internet was good thanks to Stephanie, but once she left I had trouble getting my Internet issues resolved. And it takes forever to get a maintenance request taken care of. I had trouble with my heat - it took 5 times for them to get it right. THIS PLACE SUCKS STAY AWAY!! I'm so glad I'm not there anymore
