Ever wonder how the Oakland University students could afford to live here' They rent out the basments and throw parties every Thursday night. Great if you're a student but, not if you are a professional. We have not had a good night of sleep since the day we moved in. If it's not the students keeping us up it is the Mexican maintenance staff. They have their music blaring 24 hours 7 days a week. We have made many compliants to management and they have said it is out of their control and recommended to call the police. I disagree. It is within their control. It is their own employees causing the problems at this place. There are too many other rentals in this area to consider. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
