I did have a few issues right after moving in, but the staff was very helpful, and the maintenance department went out of their way to see to it that I was satisfied. I can only vouch for about a week, but so far the experience has been fine. The apartments are huge for the money, and the grounds are very nice. If the first week is any indication, I see a two-thumbs up coming. FYI:I had to pick a noise level rating, but I haven't been there long enough to tell.
