Indifferent with some big problems

heres some of my biggest complaints of beacon hill. the ACR cable system they have here is crap every time it rains the cable goes out the internet is incredibly slow in addition if you want to use another cable company other then theirs you have to pay a $600 deposit and have $200,000 in personal liabilty insurence. further more the maintnece staff thinks they own the place i know my contract says i can have a dog but it can not stay the night SO DONT GIVE ME NASTY LETTERS when the dog is here durring the after noon as my contract says i can. he is very nosy i had a party for my neighbors they were all in attendence and i still got a noise complaint from the managment they are too concerned with everything that happenens behind there walls further more i was mugged in my own apartment
