Beacon Hill is a very nice location. College students are not welcome but slip through the cracks for a few months in the fall. Parking is satisfactory. Workout room/Pool/Tennis-Volleyball courts/ playground all in great shape. Maintenance is good once past the non english speaking staff. Call direct to the manager. In unit laundry and basement offered. Beautiful loft apartments overlook nature area in back side of complex.
