For an apartment, it's ok.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
Positives: (1) Large, spacious apartment (2) Grounds are kept up in the spring, summer, fall (3) Fairly quiet
Negatives: (1) Maintenance comes in your apartment whenever they please, without asking permission (2) Oddly laid out fireplace location in most floorplans (3) The staff is rude and lacks organization (for instance, they send out a notice that the parking lot is going to be paved one day before) (4) Get a 4x4, as the snow removal is slow (5) The gate in the front is a joke- it never works and doesn't really serve a purpose (6) Rent keeps going up substantially from year to year (7) ACR cable stinks- frequent outages (8) Wasp, bee and general insect problems (9) Roof leakage in many apartments. (10) Many college students, so expect loud parties on Fri/Sat.
