Befo getting influenced by reviews from others please talk to the people actually living in the apartment community to get a first-hand evaluation of the complex.

I've been staying in rented apartments for about 5 years and typically have observed that only unhappy renters write reviews

< Very spacious and well arranged apartments
2. Maintenance is prompt and staff is helpful (Washer/dryer was not working which was fixed the next day)

Minuses:
1. Garbage disposal too far from apartments and you have to dispose the garbage yourself. Its a pain during winter.
2. Gated community with non-functional security gates
3. Some apartments have random humming noise either from a/c from upper floor apartments

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the apartment but please check for these minuses before renting here.

I agree, these are very nice apartments to live in, and we got a great deal. The only minuses I have is that you can hear the people above you walking around, it's very annoying.

Yes, I live in Beacon Hill and you can hear the tenants in the surrounding apartments -- From screaming children to intimate couples. Not to mention, upper management will not negotiate so called "policies," which are not stated, defined or detailed in the lease or any documents.
