Overall, the quality of the apartment is good. The maintenance staff fixes everything almost immediately, and without questions of how it was broken. The apartments have reasonably good sound insulation. The only thing you will from your neighbors is heavy foot steps and loud subwoofers. When we had neighbors getting out of hand, we just complained, and they were kicked out of the their apartment with a month or two. The management is fairly intolerant of loud, endless parties.
The property has plenty of trees, which makes the outside environment friendly, but there isn't a connected series of sidewalks. Without sidewalks, one almost feels as if they have to drive just to get *anywhere* outside the apartment complex. The fitness facility is better than average, with fairly up to date equipment. The other reviewers are right, the front gate never works, and if it does, it congest traffic, because it takes a while for people to fish out their pass card.
The rent is a little high than other places in the area, but not too bad, considering we have a in-apartment washer and dryer. Overall, an efficiently run complex with smart maintenance people and friendly staff. But you pay the price for it.....
