I have lived in Beacon Hill for about a month now, and really have no major complaints or concerns. Sure, you can hear people walking overhead, and once in awhile the neighbors get a little loud, but that is to be expected from apartment living. I have had no trouble with getting things fixed or issues resolved. All of my dealings with management have been plesant, and my leasing agent was extremely kind. Overall, for the amount of money I pay, I couldn't be more satisfied.
I have noticed no issues with parking, and either have any of my guests. The balacony is huge, I have a basement, and a carport. I couldn't ask for anything more!!
