They will wow you with scenic views and great deals at first, but do not trust management whatsoever. I was all set to move into the unit, and confirmed move in dates and had everything transferred over, when the day before the move, I called to confirm the paperwork signing and they said it was $80/month more than they quoted. His exact words were, "I apologize for the misunderstanding but we have a line of people ready to sign if you are not willing to." Shady business at its best...I can only imagine how it is once they get you to sign.
