I wish I read these reviews before moving in. The management and staff are unfriendly and very opportunistic. They prentend to be very friendly and customer oriented when you go there to check them out but, are exactly the opposite when you need their help after you move in. They are totally unreliable and will take you for a ride whenever there is an opportunty.

The staff are jerks and very arrogant and their manager is worse. There are many quality apartments out there you shoud check out before Beacon hill. The owners should fire the staff if they really care for the image and not just money.

I would never recommend Beacon Hill. It should be anyone's last option.
