I had trouble getting my utilities turned on and my leasing agent Scott went above and beyond to help. He actually contacted Edison himself to make sure it was handled. The community is always well kept and seems to be constantly updated. My only complaint might be too many speed bumps! But it is tolerable and necessary. It's a quiet building and except for the occasional party, is very enjoyable. Scott even dropped by my apartment to make sure I was happy after I moved in, unbelievable! I've never had that before .. ever!
