The over-all view on this property is ok. The residence is located in Auburn Hills, but for those of you with children Pontiac schools is their destination. The staff is very pretentious. The leasing agents seem very unforgiving. I had asked for our "Gated Community" , to have a gate that works all the time. The gate looks ok(could be more re-enforced), it however never works.

The lofted views are great!!! The construction is ok, what you expect as a renter. the appliances are poor Cheep. I rent a 2 bed with loft, very spacious.. The utility bills are ok. the noise however is bad, I think the insulation was blown sparcly , and the floors are thin. I hear my neighbor below shut his door and walk up and down his stairs.

The cost is 1300 per month which translates inn todays market to a 250,000 dollar mortgage amount Roughly.

I do think the grounds crew is great, and the maintnace is always on time.
