If you use internet never stay in this complex. Management does not allow major providers like comcast. There is a local company who provides service for a premium and cable is slower than a dial up.

It's true. The connection is horrible, but I don't think it's the managments fault. The internet is fast only at four in the morning when no one else is on, but during peak hours you'd better get used to looking at a loading symbol or have something else to stay occupied while somthing is downloading. If you play video games or like to watch youtube or listen to music online after 6 at night you should get dial up or just forget it. Either way the internet service is not worth paying 50 bucks a month.

AT&T U-VERSE is now becoming available here and that gives a very high speed Internet option as well as a TV service option. Several people already have that. In addition a few months ago, some people began using Cavaliers C2 service and seem quite happy with it. So you see, there are options. In addition, there are the various cell phone companies which offer fantastic wireless Internet service for very reasonable rates. Honestly, many people seem to have a Comcast-one-track-mindset and honestly that isn't all it's cracked up to be, especially for the price and during the same peek hours. I use Comcast and have a lot of the same problems until well after midnight.
