When we moved in, I was very excited to move in. The place is beautiful, and seems well-kept. The office staff was very helpful during the application process.

However, after we moved in, maintenance came to fix something, and left saying he would be back later and we haven't seen him since. This was almost a year ago.

Our windows do not close, the sliding glass door doesn't shut all of the way, therefore it does not lock. Very drafty.

Once, a couple looking at a supposedly "vacant" apartment opened our door and stepped inside. Our apartment is not vacant, the girl in the office just gave the couple a master key and let them go find the empty apartment themselves. When we called the office to complain, the manager was very rude and in response, turned the call around on us and started going off about our pets and how we better be making sure that they are staying clean. What does that have to do with the fact you just gave somebody a key to our apartment'

They do not tell you when they are doing construction. They ripped out the sidewalks with no notice, until you stepped out of your front door to a foot deep hole in front of you.
There is no parking on the weekends, and if people cannot find a place to park, they park in your carport. There are several dead cars taking up multiple spaces in the parking lot, and nothing has been done about them.

All in all, i am VERY unhappy with this apartment, it costs way too much to live with such bad service. I would much rather pay 300$ less a month and at least expect the deal we are getting now.
