Bloomfield Villas is tucked into a small neighborhood behind Avondale High School which has a variety of condos and apartments. We "accidentally" found Bloomfield Villas while on an apartment hunt and if it were not running a special, it would have been out of our price range. However, we got in with a great deal and have loved it ever since.

They only offer two bedroom apartments, which are set up with a very open floor plan and great privacy features for a roommate situation (ie. there are two bathrooms and four walls between the two bedrooms!)

Here are a list of our favorite features:
-2 bathrooms, both with shower
-Washer & Dryer included in unit
-Balcony or porch
-Storage areas in unit
-Private entrance
-Carport included
-Hot tub & several treadmills in club house
-Quiet neighborhood
-Open floorplan (no hallways to eat up square footage)

We've lived several apartments before, and this place has been the nicest yet (without jumping into the $1,000 range.) When we had a problem with our dryer- they replaced it. When we had a problem with our microwave, they replaced it. The carpet is a high-quality Berber, and the kitchen cabinetry is real oak. We love entertaining here- our friends love it too!

Special note to apartment hunters:
I would also like to add that you need to read reviews with discretion. Many people who seem to post their "ratings" are merely on a rant to ruin an apartment complex's reputation. Please help this become a valuable resource for future renters by posting your objective opinions once you have lived somewhere for a sufficient amount of time. If I went off of the ratings that I had found here before I moved in- I may have never chosen such a wonderful apartment and community.
