I have lived here for a year now, and can't believe some of the horrible things that management put you through. I have been nothing more than a good tenant and have always paid my rent on time; however, when looking for a new apartment and used my current landlord as a reference they gave a negative response. The negative response stated that my application was declined because I have not paid my rent on time or I'm behind on my rental payments. Keep in mind, I had no choice but to sign another lease. None of this information is the least bit true, and if it was they wouldn't have bugged me continuously to sign a second year lease. The biggest mistake of my life. I have always paid my rent on time and will continue to do so in spite of, but I will look dilligently for another place to live. They don't handle complaints in a timely manner, if at all. They forget the tenants are the reason they have jobs in the leasing office. The turn around on work orders are terrible. That's ashame that the management staff is not friendly at all. If you know like I know, I wouldn't bother renting here because the smiles and friendly faces dissolve once your lease agreement is signed, sealed, and delivered.
