Ok

The apartment is OK for your money. Only if you get the deal with 1 month free. Other than that it is pretty pricey for the level of professionalism in the leasing office.
They make you feel like you live in a HUD home and your bothering them when you call. When the manager finally gets back to you, she is ok and I think she pretty much tries to handle the situation. But if your not talking to the manager your wasting your time.
No other staff member I have encountered knows what to do with any problems or concerns I have had. I just get "Thats not my problem, call back when the manager is here", No follow up at all.
