We moved to Bloomfield Villas so that we would be in the Avondale Scool District. Nearly every apartment complex in the area was out of our price range. Bloomfield Villas had a 1 month free special which was a great help. (They are also doing this special if you renew your lease.)

All of the maintenance repairs have been done quickly and the right way the first time.

The leasing staff leaves a little to be desired. They are both freindly, but seem to not put too much effort into helping people. I always get the same respose: "i dont' know" or you'll have to talk to the manager". They make it seem like it's not their problem even though it's their job.

The manager, however, is always helpful. She seems to actually care about her tenants and her job. I have actually started dealing only weith the manager instead of the leasing agents.

If you can get past the leasing aspect, Bloomfield Villas is a great place to live!!
