Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
 
I have lived here for 5 years. We have been through several managers. Each new manager comes with a new set of attitudes. They recently took away our ability to rent the clubhouse with no notice. They give short notice for any work that they do(for instance when they were going to restripe the driveway they told us the day before). The noise is sometimes unbearable you can hear everything in the connecting apartments. The only reason to stay is the proximity to avondale schools and auburn hills programs if you have kids.
