with the special i got (seems like they always have some kind of special, whereever you go) the price was ok, but maintenance has been a nightmare. The only thing i needed them to do was to fix the damn a/c that was shaking the building, but all they did was put a lock on the fuse box so i can't unplug it. that's after 12 months of complainings. now they're kicking me out, by raising my rent by over $200. The manager sent me a nasty letter saying i'm no longer allowed to complain about the a/c. hahaha... can you believe that' this woman has no clue what customer service means.... i pay, you fix; it's that easy. the apartment has an odd smell that comes and goes; i'm not sure what it is. i can hear the neighborns upstairs use the bathroom, flush the toilet, shower, laugh, walk, sit, fart, etc. the apt layout is ok.
