I am living in this apartment for last 3 years. This apartment sucks big time. Maintenance is very bad. It takes 3-5 weeks to respond to any maintenance request. Manager is very rude. Office assistants have no clue about anything except one. I moved in because they were giving 2 months off. Next year it cost really more. No Month to month lease after first year. You end up signing for yearly lease. The roof is very thin and I can listen everything happening in upstairs. The lady used to live in there always running around with high heals. I have to stay in this apt only because it was close to my work and other personal reasons. If you are thinking of coming, only one word to you. Welcome to Torture-Villa!
