Great Location and Great Value!

Before deciding where I would rent, I did quite a bit of research. Since I am from the area, I knew which communities had a bad reputation, and those that were considered to be more luxurious. I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with my apartment. The layout and amenities are very accomodating. There have been a few issues with maintenance and management, but that exists within every community. IF ONLY I COULD CHOOSE MY NEIGHBORS!!! But, until I purchase a home, there is only so much I can complain about...
