We really made a big mistake by choosing and moving into this apt, Its from the Day1 we have been having issues . the Kitchen cabinets very nasty, uncleaned from years, bathrooms--(if i had any word worser than nasty,filthy i would use to decribe them)The bathroom floors dirt still sticks to legs..
the shower faucets and doors have rust, the windows and balcony sliding doors had dirt stuck to them,not cleaned, bathrooms exhaust fans noisy( if someone uses them at night, i am sure ppl will get scared hearing that noise). Coming to management---worst, sick management. neither the front desk ppl nor the managers respond. Even after calling them 50 times a day or leave voice messages they never return your call, for every maintanence issue the management only knows to blame on cleaning ppl, or others but never take responsibilty . I dont understand what are they paid for. Even the resident manager is so irresponsible.Even she never takes calls, or returns residents calls. Finally there were a few things sorted , but not all, 90% are still there , everyday we discover some problem, Now we just got tired of complaining, cant do anything coz we have signed the lease.. unfortunately.

I would advice please do not opt for this apartment, looking at the model apts shown , coz what u see, is not what u get. I am sure anyone can find a better apartment with friendly staff and neat and hygenic apt.
