Started out as a good experience, soured quick

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I lived at BV for 3 years. I moved there from an old pit of a house so I thought I was stepping up - wrong.
The unit was in pretty decent shape but had issues, i.e. countertop peeling. The carpet was ratty as hell. I tried to switch units after the first year but they wouldn't offer any incentive to do that.
Maintenance sucks, they're usually running 2-3 days behind everyone else.
This is a transient community - lots of moves all the time, with a large Indian population, that means it's quiet and my neighbors were always pleasant and polite. Never had a problem with noise inside, I was in an upper unit, but there was constant noise from the "courtyard" - that litter infested area with the gravel landscaping that had all of us staring into each others apartments across the way. And then they cut down the trees.
Management was lousy, LOUSY. I started with "Rosa" the community manager ----- from hell, she obviously resented the residents for consuming her time.
We then were given Angie, who's a super nice person but basically powerless when up against the Hartman Tyner accounting machine. Don't be late on your rent or Gregg will come knocking.
I did enjoy burning up the washing machine, never give an underpowered device to someone with big blankets. :) 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
