I have been living here for the past 3 years & I have never faced any issues with maintainance or office staff. 50% of our neighbors are ------- here. They are all decent people. Walkable distance from Avondale school & a strip mall which has kroger, sub-way, rite-aid, aco, a video store, shell gas, etc. In summer, you can take a nice walk in the community or just relax in ur patio & all u see is smiley faces from neighbors who walk around with little kids. Enjoy the pool & fitness center services. Overall, it's a nice & safe community to live. NEVER faced any problem with anyone here.
