I moved in recently here and I wish I hadn't. Day 1, the keys they gave me did not work and I had to wait in snow for 1 hr for emergency(!) maintenance to come and open it for me. That was just the beginning. Once I entered, I noticed that the shower faucets in my apt were not working..(I mean no way to take bath)..I called up for maintenance and they told me that this is not emergency and hence someone will attend to it in 2 days. Imagine without taking bath for 2 days..Luckily the neighbor was my friend and he allowed me to use his shower for the 2 days. They fixed one of the showers in 2 days and the other one took a week. I had to go in and out of that office with so many complaints like bathroom floors dirty, shower screen door has mold, dryer not working etc etc...They take their own time from a week to 10 days to fix things. Recently my mailbox key stopped working suddenly and I am not able to see my mails for more than 10 days!!! Also, the guy in 2nd floor above me has a 2 yrs old daughter and whenever she plays around, I get hammered downstairs..sound proof means nothing to this apt..If my neighbor takes bath, it feels like someone is taking shower in ur bathroom....God, It's terrible..never make the mistake of signing the lease here..worst place to live...
