Good and Bad

I am living in this apartment for over an year and it is a OK place to live in. I didn't have any problems till now. But, couple of my friends who also stay in the same complex, have lot of things to be fixed and the management never cares. Its your luck. I feel it is a good place to start your family and move on to another nice apartment or a new home after staying here for 1-2 years.

I would like to summarize the Good and Bad of these apartments:

GOOD:
-----
1. Good layout.
2. Gym
3. Volleyball court
4. Tennis courts in walkable Avondale school
5. Low rent for a 2 bed 2 bath.

BAD:
----
1. Management. You are OK as long as you don't have any problems in your apartment. Once you get anything to be fixed in the apartment, it will take for ever.
2. Management. The more far you are with them, the more happy you will be.
3. Poor lighting outside the buildings.
