Hi guys,
This management is offcoure not an effective one for repairs and as well as other things. They are just there to listen to the complains not to act on them. They dont have any rules for carport parking as any one can park their car at any ones place. They let residents park more than one car in the carport. They have a notice saying " any unauthorised vehincles will be towed away at owners expense" which is just for name sake. the management does not take the carport complains seriously. There are no carport numbers on the car port shelters, so this helps people with more than one car to park in the shelters.So beware ! if you are renting apartments here ask for carport number on the shelter or you will get into problems with neighbours and u will have problem in the winters to clean your car from snow.
