If you stay at lower level, u can hear it if the guys above u fart - the roof is that thin. I have had three occasions on which to call maintenance and the leasing office courtesy SUCKS big time ! Leaky pipes, leaky roofs, lousy carpets and handles coming off the shelves ! But all those are not a problem compared to the courtesy of the leasing ladies. They are civil only till u sign the lease - after that they are downright rude. They are smug in the fact that this is near Avondale and Chrysler and think the aptmt will lease out anyway. If you have a choice do not take this place.
