Good price but always take pics/videos movin and moveout

Pros
- very spacious, bright and lovely design
- very close to parking, u also get free covered parking
- close to freeways I-75
Cons
- bad staff, rude, the apartent started leaking water near the balcony sliding door and drenced our carpet completeley, after repeated compliants and just no avail, we videotaped the incicdent and threatened to call in the public authorities as living hazard and they somewhat fixed it.
- lastly they sent us a huge bill of $500 in charges of broken tiles and wear and tear after we moved out. we had taken pictures of the whole place they day we moved out, so we sent the pictures back and said we would not pay for all the false charges and dropped the charges , and refunded our deposit to. always take pictures, when you move in and move out, every inch of carpet, tile, wood, it helps believe me!
