I lived there for 5 years and had so many problems, I started my family there and with time it was getting harder and harder to move out, finally I bought a house and moved out. Overall it was disappointing experience. The management team is really rude and maintenance request will take weeks, After I left, they sent me a bill for 1000 dollars,which was mostly normal wear and tear along 5 years of stay, they don't care that you stayed all that time and you had a family, they will go after your money. Take my advise and stay away, I regret my stay there.

ITS CALLED DEPRECIATION--I WOULD FIGHT THAT $1000 BILL!!! BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU BUY SOMETHING SMALL SUCH AS A LEATHER OFFICE CHAIR FOR EXAMPLE-SAY YOU PAY $150, WELL IN 5 YEARS IT'S NOT GOING TO STILL BE WORTH $150!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT HERE?! They are just ridiculous, they will try to take your money one way or another!! I would definitely fight that $1000 claim though!
