As of right now I am trying to ding a way to speak with some one from Hartman & Tyner the property management. Which has proven to be a run around. I am sick of living here after only 5 months. This place has the worst management/ maintenance team ever! My husband and I have always lived in apartments and BLOOMFIELD VILLAS IS EXCEPTIONALLY HORRIBLE! they never answer your calls or fix any problems I'm truly fed up! And am looking for a way to get to the big guy and let him/her know that this place is going down hill by the minute. Apparently the top dog does not GOOGLE his/her property at ALL or else he/she would see the numerous complaints made by residents about maintenance and management!

i moved out of this apartment on 08/01/08 before moving out i had prombles with maintance and work order not being done for a week at a time, not olny that the manager were very bad, the bad thing when i moved out they are trying to hit me with all kind of fees that i never heard of like replace of carpet 350.00 paint 400.00 and countertop 250.00 and i have lived here for about 4 years i took pics when i left out i would not live here it is very bad and since ever one is moving out there will try to make sure they take your deposit and plus more. dont live here

I wish we could team up and chit chat about all the crazy shenanigans that the management pulls! You will NEVER get a hold of anyone higher than "Greg" who will first call himself the "corporate" from Hartman Tyner, but if you keep pushing, you'll get him to admit that he's nothing but a regional manager--and he IS JUST AS HORRIBLE AS THE MANAGEMENT AT BLOOMFIELD VILLAS! Also--MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT CANCELING THAT CONTRACT AND LEAVING EARLY!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU UP THE WAZOO! READ ALLLLL THE FINE PRINT!!! if you have questions about lease problems, comment back & I can just give you examples of nightmares you could potentially deal with if you leave early.
