I would never recommend the Bloomfield Villas apartments to anyone I cared about. The front office is rude, my apartment was robbed one week after moving, and it takes forever to get someone in to fix a problem. I haven t had a working drier in over two weeks! Can t wait until my lease is up so I can get the heck out of here! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Who is rude in the office? Also, if your apartment was robbed, did you contact the office? The police ? What steps did you do? Have you called in your dryer ?

First of all, for you to even assume that I have not taken steps in accordance to such events is ridiculous. Yes, the office was notified about the robbery and the police were called. I am not going to mention names about the office staff. And, I STILL (may I repeat - STILL!) DO NOT have a working drier after contacting them on several occassions.

Yes, I agree with the maintenance response time-SLOOOOW. I had several problems with major appliances and had to wait on average a week to even get a response. Also, I would request maintenance to come to out to fix the problem & I would never get a call back with a date or an estimate on a date, so then I would have to call the office back and ask why it was taking so long to get a response, and they'd just make up another excuse. I got to the point of requesting that maintenance call before they show up just so I could be there (their whole staff seems to be shady so I don't want any of them in my home without me there). However, even after requesting phone calls I didn't always get a call, and sometimes I'd get a call when they'd say they'd be there in 15 minutes but not show up for an hour or two. Fire the whole staff and get new people, people who are sincere and have common sense when it comes to customer service and then you'll have an apartment complex worth signing a contract to live at for a year.
