They gave us an apartment with unrenovated kichen platforms and collected the money from us for those, and Dont get cheated by 1 month rent off kind of marketing trics,when you are vacating the apartment, managemtent will collect double the amount of discounted money, So careful when you are entering and take the pictures of those you find not good, otherwise they will say you have spoiled it,even after marking in the checklist...........
