i moved in a few months ago. i was moving from out of state and didnt know the area. i was given a lot of helpful information and finally decided to move here after looking around a bit. i feel like i got a good deal on my one bedroom. its big and i dont have any complaints. as for maintenace, i havent had to have anyone come out yet. so far so good.
